Although many European countries have lifted travel restrictions on CVD-19 - including Italy - until June - there are still some countries with CV-19 vaccine or maintenance certificates.

European countries have no travel restrictions
There are currently 30 destinations in Europe that are not covered by Covidy-19 restrictions: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Italy, Kosovo Lithuania. European countries have travel restrictions
The following countries still have travel restrictions throughout Europe.
Estonia - Those who come from outside the European Union (EU) must provide a 7-day immunization status, a recovery certificate, a negative test result or a separation certificate.
Finland - Only fully vaccinated people can travel to Finland, which means that they have received the booster vaccine within 270 days. Unauthorized travelers will not be allowed on the trip. These rules could be removed by the end of June.
France - France eases restrictions on travel, but there are different rules for getting vaccinated and depending on the country of origin. Most of the places are listed in green and can be used for unwanted and unoccupied travelers.
Malta - There are no mandatory identification requirements until June 6, but everyone entering the country must have a vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate or a negative CV-19 test result.
Netherlands - Entry is restricted to all travelers entering the Netherlands from the EU / Shenzhen area except for a vaccination or rehabilitation certificate.
Portugal - Anyone traveling to the mainland of Portugal needs a vaccine test, rehabilitation or a negative test result. However, Madeira and Azores have lifted all restrictions, regardless of vaccination status.
Slovakia - Slovak authorities allow visitors with a valid or vaccinated card and occasionally negative test results.
Spain - The country has recently withdrawn its application for Covenant-19 status documents for travelers from the Schengen area. However, travelers outside the EU / EEA area should show a vaccine, recovery or negative test results - PCR within 72 hours or antigen within 48 hours.
